Garry Johnson

With extensive experience as both a Producer and Director with a major Australian Network for over 30 years, Gary Johnson is a huge asset to GEN TV.   He began his career with a Bachelor of Arts specialising in Film and Television and went on to complete a Diploma of Art in Visual Communication. Gary has worked in staging, set construction and as an A Grade Camera man with Channel 9.  He quickly advanced to Direct and Produce for the ABC on shows such as ABC News, Landline, Catalyst, and Talking Heads.  He also produced and/or directed major televised events such as the ANZAC Day Marches, the Gympie Country Muster, and the Woodford Folk Festival.  Gary has excellent technical knowledge and is vastly experienced in the creation of TV content.

Jeff Weil

Jeff Weil is a Director, Producer, Production Manager and Executive Producer with over 38 years experience in the television industry.  Jeff was the Network Head for Channel 7 Sport (Sydney), and the Team Leader in coverage of the Sydney Olympics.   In addition to these monumental projects Jeff has produced children's programs, documentaries and a wide range of sport's programs for television. His extensive experience is a driving force on the QPIX board and his strategic mind, honed from many years at the top of the ladder in the corporate sphere of TV, is an invaluable resource to QPIX and its courses.   Jeff currently operates a successful outside broadcast company, which works closely with QPIX.
