QPIX Application Process

QPIX APPLICATION PROCESS

1. Complete & submit a GEN TV application form, pre-selection kit with application payment of $90. (Application from, pre-selection kit available at: www.qpix.org.au or tom@qpix.org.au).

2. Submit to QPIX Admissions at 22 Warwick St, Annerley, Qld 4103 (by email, mail or in person)

3. QPIX will review all your submitted information and arrange a time and date for your interview. At this interview you will have to complete a basic literacy & numeracy test (2 pages – 10 minutes) and demonstrate basic computer skills, (email, word processing, internet). Also QPIX admissions staff will review your submitted portfolio and future career goals in the industry.

4. Successful students will be given a formal Letter of Offer detailing QPIX’s policy and procedures, student handbook, payment options with refund policies, all to be accepted by the successful applicant. Unsuccessful applicants will be sent formal correspondence listing why their application was unsuccessful on this occasion. For more information please read our pre selection kit.

5. Once the successful applicant has formally accepted and signed the Letter of Offer, QPIX terms and conditions, payment option (with initial payment) and code of conduct, the student will be issued with a Confirmation of Enrolment.

6. The Confirmation of Enrolment formally outlines the successful applicants enrolment in the course with course dates, times and orientation schedule to introduce the student to the other applicants, teachers, QPIX staff and student documentation required by an accredited registered training organisation.
